Exchange Policy

We do not support exchanges. Customers are required to confirm all details regarding size, design, quantity, and address before placing an order. As a result, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect item selection.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it. After this period, the order may already be in processing or shipping.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Time Frame for Returns

Our return policy is effective for 30 days after the order has been delivered.
After this period, the order will be considered accepted by the customer, and no reimbursement will be provided.

Eligible Return & Refund Cases

We will issue a full refund if:

  • You purchased the wrong product, it doesn’t fit, or you no longer want the item.
  • The item arrives in any of the following conditions:
    • Damaged upon arrival
    • Shattered or broken
    • Incorrect design (not as ordered)
    • Incorrect size (not as ordered)
    • Different material than described
    • Wrong item received
    • Not as described in the original product listing

Product Condition for Returns

Returned item(s) must NOT:

  • Have been worn or washed
  • Be modified in any way
  • Have defects not caused by us
  • Be missing original tags
  • Have minor loose threads that can be easily cut/repaired

Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.

Proof Required for a Refund

To process your refund, please provide:
1. Shipping label/receipt
2. Proof of purchase
3. Clear photo of the received product
4. Email correspondence with our support team

How to Request a Return & Refund

  1. Email your request to Support@kicksplusshoes.com.
  2. Our support team will respond within 2–3 business days.
  3. Once approved, return items using a traceable shipping carrier.
  4. Send your tracking number or receipt photo to our email.
  5. Additional instructions may be provided if needed.

Important:

  • Do NOT return any package without email confirmation. Unauthorized returns will not be refunded.
  • We are not responsible for lost return packages. Please keep your tracking number.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which will not be included in the refund.

Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds are processed within 2 business days after receiving the return.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once issued.
  • Refunds take 10–15 business days depending on your bank.

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company.
  3. Email Support@kicksplusshoes.com.
